BGSU Dining welcomes Sue Reynolds, Operations Controller, to its team.  Sue earned her MBA with a major in finance from the University of Toledo.  Prior to joining BGSU Dining, she has worked in a variety of industries over the years, including retail, non-profit, manufacturing, health care, and promotional products. 

In her spare time, Sue enjoys spending time spoiling her three, soon to be four, beautiful grandchildren.  She is huge hockey fan enjoying the Toledo Walleyes, Detroit Red Wings and soon the BGSU Falcons. 

Welcome to Jeff Smith, the new Coordinator of Event Services at the Bowen-Thompson Student Union. Jeff is a BGSU alumnus who earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  He comes to BGSU with over seven years of experience in the event services field.

Jeff has served in many capacities including Sales Manager and Senior Event Coordinator for the SeaGate Convention Centre. He’s managed, supervised, and trained the event and event usher staffs. He was responsible for coordinating the largest events held at the SeaGate Convention Centre.

Most recently, Jeff served as the Events Coordinator for the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library.  As such, he provided leadership and successful marketing of special events, served as liaison between the Library and the community organizations sponsoring the events, and provided audio-visual support for all special events.

Jeff’s hobbies include playing golf, learning to play guitar, and watching Red Sox games.  He is happily married to Kathryn and the proud father of a newborn baby daughter, Lily.
