Same Faces… New Places

Student Affairs move to Math Science BuildingWith the combination of increased enrollment and a reduction in residence hall space during new construction, the need to reopen Conklin for student housing has occurred. Consequently, several offices within Saddlemire Student Services at Conklin will be relocating.

Student Affairs move to Math Science BuildingBeginning the week of July 26 and continuing until about mid-August, many of the offices will be relocating to the space previously occupied by the Ogg Science Library on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Math Sciences Building. In addition, the Counseling Center will be relocating to the College Park Office Building.

Below is a list of new office locations.Student Affairs move to Math Science Building

The Division of Student Affairs would like to recognize and thank the efforts of many across campus who have worked hard to make this move happen in the most timely and efficient manner possible, including Facilities, Materials Handling, Design and Construction, Parking, and individual departments.

The Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs is not moving and will remain in 107 Saddlemire Student Services at Conklin. While there are certainly challenges with a relocation of this size, it is great news that BGSU has so many new and continuing students joining us this fall.

If you have any questions about the Conklin relocation, please contact the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs at vpsa@bgsu.edu, 419-372-2147, or visit the Conklin Move website.
