8th Annual Student Employee Appreciation

The 8^th Annual Student Employee Appreciation & Scholarship Reception, sponsored by the Career Center was held on April 14, 2009.  Student employees, faculty, staff, employers, and nominators were treated to ice cream sundaes while nominees in four categories were presented with certificates.  Dr. Joe Oravecz, Associate Vice President for Student Affairs, welcomed and thanked students and their nominators, and President Carol Cartwright stopped in to offer her congratulations and thanks to all student employees.

Each Student Employee of the Year received a $500 scholarship and a plaque.  An award plaque was also provided for display in the workplace of each student winner.  The Curriculum Resource Center team shared a $500 scholarship and a plaque.  An award plaque was also provided for display in the workplace of the student team.
