Business Students - Among Best in U.S. and the World
Student success stories continue from the College of Business as our students excel both nationally and internationally. The BGSU student chapter of the American Marketing Association (BGAMA) just returned from their convention in New Orleans and earned national awards which now rank the chapter among the top 4% in the world. This improves on last year’s ranking which placed it among the top 8% of chapters globally. Congratulations go to BGAMA president Megan Bockbrader and to the rest of the chapter’s members for their hard work. Special recognition goes to the chapter’s advisor, Dr. Earl Boatwright, marketing instructor, as well as Mr. Mearl Sutton and the other marketing department faculty who worked with the chapter throughout the year. In other news from the College, BGSU supply chain student Kandice Saum is the recipient of one of seven national scholarships. The prestigious R. Gene Richter Scholarship honors the nation’s top supply chain students and Congratulations to all from BGSU! Important Dates :
