The Panhellenic Council and Fraternity & Sorority Life were very excited to welcome 191 new members to the Greek community through the formal sorority recruitment process. Sorority recruitment took place September 19-23 and allowed potential new members the opportunity to meet all thirteen Panhellenic sororities on BGSU’s campus and eventually, find the one that they would call home. The first round took place in the Bowen-Thompson Student Union, a change from years past, which allowed chapters to focus solely on having meaningful conversations with potential new members. After that, rounds were held in the sorority houses and the process wrapped up on Sunday with the Bid Day celebration back in the Union. Overall, the Panhellenic Community is continuing to grow in size and is evermore committed to providing a values-based experience for its members.
