*Off-Campus Rates: If the event is being hosted by an organization with no direct affiliation to the University, it is considered an off-campus event. This rate also applies to private events sponsored by an individual(s).

 

** Academic or Administrative Department or Organization Rates: These equipment rates apply to any event hosted by a BGSU academic or administrative department or organization. The amounts listed reflect a 25% discount from the off-campus client rates. Staffing charges may also apply.

 

Student organization sponsored events are not usually charged audio-visual equipment fees. Staffing charges may still apply.
