One of the most popular spaces on campus, the Lenhart Grand Ballroom, Room 202, is ideal for conferences, wedding receptions,
banquets, lectures, and many other events.
An audience of 1100 or even a smaller group of 100 can enjoy the atmosphere of the Ballroom, as it can be divided for the
comfort of your attendees.
The larger section, 202A, accommodates up to 400 people for a banquet. The Community Room, 202B, is commonly used to host
smaller banquets for up to 200. The room features refinished hardwood floors, state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, and
stage lighting.
Our Event Planning staff can help you identify the ideal room setup to meet the needs of your event.
