are usually from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Student Union (unless otherwise noted). Confirmed Workshops for Spring Semester 2008
include:
- So You Think You Can Defend Yourself- (A self-defense class for women)- Mon., Jan. 28 or Tues., Jan. 29, Rm. 316

Union.

Each meeting includes a confidential weigh-in, lecture, and discussion. A specially-trained leader, using proven techniques,
covers relevant topics to satisfy the needs of the working professional and busy student. A new session begins each semester.
Spring semester Weight Watchers® At Work is currently underway.
