Parents and students who wish to apply for admission to the Educational Talent Search Program OR the Upward Bound Program at Bowling Green State University may do so by contacting their school counselor or the department office.

To request an application be mailed to your home, please provide:

• Home Telephone Number
• Current school of student
• Current grade level of student
• Current age of student
