Full-Time Student Verification

Many insurance companies will require Full-Time Student Verification Forms to be completed for dependent children of enrolled members.  If you receive a request to update your full-time student status with your current insurance carrier:

• Please fax these forms including your Student ID number to the Registration and Records Department at BGSU, (419)372-7977, located in room 110 of the Administration Building.
• Students are able to print a full-time verification document through their MyBGSU by selecting Enrollment Verification under Academic Services.
