2009-2010 Insurance Process Highlights |
 Waiver Form Domestic students registered for 8 or more credit hours on main campus must fill out the on-line waiver form. The form is located on your MyBGSU via the " Student Insurance Requirement " link. Filing a claim at any time with the BGSU-offered Student Insurance Plan (including during the waiver period) will be deemed acceptance of the policy and the full costs of the insurance will be billed to you.
