The University designates the following items as directory information which may be disclosed without the student’s written consent: the student’s name, local address and telephone listing; home address and telephone listing and e-mail address; parent’s or legal guardian’s name, address and telephone listing; student’s date and place of birth; major field of study; class standing; participation in officially recognized activities and sports; weight and height of members of athletic teams; student’s dates of attendance; enrollment status (full or part-time) and degrees and awards received; most recent previous educational institution attended by the student; and photographs of students.
