CANCELLATIONS & WITHDRAWLS/FORFEITURE SCHEDULE
If a Student finds he/she will be 1) unable to attend the University, 2) has decided not to reside on-campus and is eligible to live in off-campus housing or 3) commute from home according to the On-Campus Residency Requirement, he/she should immediately notify the Office of Residence Life to minimize financial loss. It is hereby agreed that the cancellation schedule set forth in this Agreement shall be applied in the event that the Student decides not to reside on-campus and cancels prior to occupancy and the forfeiture schedule set forth in this Agreement shall be applied in the event that the Student withdraws from the University after taking occupancy. This forfeiture schedule will be applied to the Full Academic year Agreement, the Full Academic Year Agreement with Breaks, and the 12 Month Agreement. The amount indicated shall be retained by the University as Cancellation or Forfeiture.
CANCELLATION COST SCHEDULE (before initial 2011-2012 occupancy):
Fall Semester

| May 3, 2011 - June 13, 2011 | $100 |
| June 14, 2011 - August 22, 2011 | $200 |
Spring Semester
| On or before November 30, 2011 | No Forfeiture |
| December 1, 2011 - December 12, 2011 | $100 |
| December 13, 2012 - January 9, 2012 | $200 |
FORFEITURE SCHEDULE for for Full Academic Year Agreement (after initial 2011-2012 occupancy):
The University will retain as a forfeiture according to the following schedule:
| August 23, 2011 - August 26, 2011 | $200 and 10% of Housing Rate, Tech Fee and Laundry Fee |
| August 27, 2011 - September 2, 2011 | $200 and 20% of Housing Rate, Tech Fee and Laundry Fee |
| September 3, 2011 - September 16, 2011 | $200 and 40% of Housing Rate, Tech Fee and Laundry Fee |
| September 17, 2011 - September 23, 2011 | $200 and 60% Housing Rate, Tech Fee and Laundry Fee |
| On or after September 24, 2011 | Full Forfeiture of Housing Rate, Tech Fee and Laundry Fee |
The University will retain as a forfeiture according to the following schedule:
| January 10, 2012 - January 13, 2012 | $200 and 10% of Housing Rate, Tech Fee and Laundry Fee |
| January 14, 2012 - January 20, 2012 | $200 and 20% of Housing Rate, Tech Fee and Laundry Fee |
| January 21, 2012 - January 27, 2012 | $200 and 40% of Housing Rate, Tech Fee and Laundry Fee |
| January 28, 2012 - February 3, 2012 | $200 and 60% of Housing Rate, Tech Fee and Laundry Fee |
| On or after February 4, 2012 | Full Forfeiture of Housing Rate, Tech Fee and Laundry Fee |
