SETTING UP YOUR VOICE MAIL SYSTEM:

Your room number is the contact number for official university business. As a result, it is essential that you setup your voice mail system. To do this please visit http://www.bgsu.edu/its/tsc/page9482.html (This does not include students living in the on-campus apartments).  You will be provided with three options on how you may setup your voice mail:

1. One standard mailbox for everyone in the room
2. A separate mailbox for each student in the room
3. Setup an outgoing announcement only

• The outgoing message will provide contact information for the caller, such as a cell phone number you can be reached at, but the caller will not be able to leave a message.
