Bowling Green State University offers a variety of meeting spaces to accommodate your needs. Facilities can vary in style and setup. View the different setup styles on the diagram below. Provided is a detailed listing of meeting facility pricing and an audiovisual pricing sheet for spaces on campus.

The Bowen-Thompson Student Union, a 220,000-square-foot facility, holds the latest in technology and services available for conferences and has a variety of multi-purpose meeting rooms. The luxurious Lenhart Grand Ballroom is the perfect location for vendor fairs, banquet dinners, and opening and closing ceremonies. This room is designed to handle everything from the simplest telephone hook-up to the most sophisticated video teleconference. This facility also has a movie theatre which seats 250 individuals. The Black Swamp Pub, located in the student union, is equipped with a full bar, pool tables, televisions, and games. This location can be rented out for evening social activities. The Student Union also offers a variety of services from dining, to postal services, pub, Bookstore and much more.

 

Kobacker Hall in the Moore Musical Arts Building, is an ideal location to kick off the opening or closing ceremony for a large venue. This concert auditorium provides plush theatre seating for over 800 guests and an elevated balcony. Kobacker Hall also has full audio-video capabilities with optimal acoustics from any location in the room. For effect purposes, the orchestra pit can be raised or lowered to allow for additional space on the stage.

Olscamp Hall is an ideal location for your conference events. The entire building is equipped with 802.11g wireless Internet in which staff can be on hand to provide full media support and equipment, including projectors, microphones, and computer systems for presenter's use.

Olscamp 101 can be used for a variety of conference needs, with a maximum theatre seating capacity of 660, and banquet seating for 430 people. There are various lecture halls and classrooms in Olscamp to accommodate several breakout sessions in one central location. Lecture hall seating capacities range from 90 to 281 people. Classroom seating capacities range from 30 to 82.
