The Conference Programs Office hosts over 10,000 conference and camp participants from mid-May through mid-August each year. The office collaborates with various offices across campus in order to coordinate arrangements such as catering, dining, parking and shuttle services, meeting space, audiovisual services, housing and much more.

The Conference Programs Office hires approximately 20 conference staff and 4-5 Team Leaders during the summer to assist with conferences/camps. On-campus housing is provided for positions but staff can choose to live off campus. The office is flexible and will work around conference staff class schedules.
