Summer Job Opportunities

BGSU hosts over 10,000 conference and camp participants from mid-May through mid-August each year.  The Conference and Event Services Office collaborates with various offices across campus in order to coordinate arrangements such as dining, parking and shuttle services, housing and much more. Residence Life is hiring approximately 20 Summer Assistants and 4-5 Team Leaders during the summer to assist with conferences/camps in the residence halls. On-campus housing is provided for positions but staff can choose to live off campus. Residence Life is flexible and will work around conference staff class schedules.
