Appeals for Release from the Residential Acceptance Agreement
General Information regarding requests to be released from the Residential Acceptance Agreement, Fall 2008.
Please complete the initial form before submitting any documentation to the appropriate office. There are three ways to appeal: Medical/Disability, Financial, and Personal. Once you have completed the initial form, you will receive the necessary documentation and proper instructions to turn in your appeal.
