If you will not be living on-campus spring semester 2010, please fill-out the cancellation form. The only acceptable reasons are:

Graduation
Study Abroad Program
Transferring to Firelands Campus
Co-op
Internship
Transferring
Student Teaching
Not returning to BGSU
Waiver

Appeals for release from the Housing and Dining Agreement - General Information regarding requests to be released from the Housing and Dining Agreement. Please complete the initial form before submitting any documentation to the appropriate office. There are three ways to appeal: Medical/Disability, Financial, and Personal. Once you have completed the initial form, you will receive the necessary documentation and proper instructions to turn in your appeal. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 419.372.2011 or reslife@bgsu.edu.

Work orders

If you are an on-campus resident

in one of the university Residence Halls or Greek units,
in the University Sponsored Apartments and have concerns with the loft, desk, or utilities such as water, gas, and electricity,

If you live in the University Sponsored Apartment and you have any concerns other than those listed above, please follow this link to submit your apartment maintenance request with GreenBriar, Inc. Please remember any issues with light bulbs are your responsibility.

Alumni Mall Reservation - Please complete reservation to use the grassy area between Harshman and Kreischer residence halls known as Alumni Mall.

Halls/Lobbies for service projects - Please complete request to use halls/lobbies for service projects (collection boxes, tables, etc.).
