Spring Housing Information
Students not currently living on campus (new/transfer/returning from internship, co-op, study abroad) MUST complete the Spring Housing Sign-Up form found in your MyBGSU "My Room and Meals" account under "My Spring Housing." No initial payment is required, however students must be cleared by Bursar in order to receive a specific hall assignment. This means you must have your bill paid in full or have signed up for payment plans or you will not be able to receive and assignment.
Current Student Spring Housing Changes:
Current students who are not returning for spring semester must complete the Spring Cancellation form found in MyBGSU "My Room and Meals" account under "My Spring Housing Cancellation."
Current students wanting to change their room for spring semester can complete the Spring Room Change Form beginning November 26 in your MyBGSU "My Room and Meals" account under "My Spring Housing." NOTE: Moves must be completed before students leave for winter break.
Current students moving into a Fraternity or Sorority house on campus must work with the specific chapter to be approved to move into the house for spring semester. Students currently living in Centennial or Falcon Heights must abide by the cancellation policy for those buildings and must find a substitute from another building if they are wanting to move into a Fraternity or Sorority.
