"Maintain, Don't Gain!" Holiday Challenge Results

Thank you again for participating in the Holiday Challenge. The results are in and the program WAS A SUCCESS!

The average American gains at least 1-5 pounds over the holidays, and keep in mind that most people don't ever lose that weight. That means in 20 years most people will put on over 20 pounds just during the holidays.
Congrats on working hard and not being the "average" American - We didn't gain, we didn't just maintain, WE LOST! Way to go!

  • Total Weight Loss: 79lbs
  • Average Weight Loss Per Participant: 1.8lbs
  • Individuals That Lost More Than 2lbs: 14 (with the most weight loss at over 9lbs!)

Congratulations to our raffle winners!

What is Forks Over Knives? The main idea of it is to use diet, represented by forks, to avoid (and even reverse) degenerative diseases and thus limit the need to resort to drastic treatments, represented by surgeons’ knives.
