This program identifies different types of stress affecting college students. In addition, the presenters offer coping strategies for stress as well as identify long-term health risks associated with stress.
I Am Me
Encourages discussion of body image and how it relates to the media, cultural standards of beauty, and the dieting industry.
Interactive program designed to educate students on how easy germs are spread and ways to prevent spreading these germs. Program includes using black light in bathrooms with glow in the dark lotion.
Meet UR X-Factor
This interactive program is a guide to meeting your exercise needs and learning how to make it fun! Through engaging activities such as stretching charades, physical activity pyramid, and muscle group trivia, the program teaches the difference between physical activity and exercise requirements and provides the tools necessary to set up your own exercise program.
