Community, Youth and Family - Birthday Parties

We have taken the worry and hassle out of planning and oversee your child's birthday party, leaving the fun and enjoyment to you!  Birthday parties can be held at either the Student Recreation Center, Perry Field House, or Ice Arena facility.  Please read over the guidelines before reserving space for a party.

Party Party Party

Cost:  $100 - includes 10 participants
Additional participants:  $9 each
*Reservations can be held at the Student Recreation Center or Perry Field House

This party package is for the do-it-yourself type.  Bring  your own treats and we supply the space and activity.  This party includes the party space, activity of choice depending on facility chosen, Recreation and Wellness birthday party host/hostess, decorations, and a party favor for 10 participants.

Jubilee

Cost:  $140 - includes 10 participants
Additional participants:  $13 each
*Reservations can be held at the Student Recreation Center or Perry Field House

This package is cause to celebrate!  Throw a party no one will forget in one of our facilities, plus pizza and drink.  This party includes party space,  activity of choice,  Recreation and Wellness birthday party host/hostess, decorations, pizza and drink, and a party favor for 10 participants.

Extravaganza

Cost:  $170 - includes 10 participants
Additional participants:  $16 each
*Reservations can be held at the Student Recreation Center

Want to throw a one-of-a-kind party?  This full birthday party package has it all!  This party includes party space, activity/activites of choice, Recreation and Wellness birthday party host/hostess, decorations, pizza and drink, and a party favor for 10 participants.

Ice Arena Parties

Cost:  $200.00 - includes 10 participants
Additional participants:  $10 each (up to 15 additional children)

Ice Arena parties include two hours of Lounge use, the Studio Ice for one hour, skate rental for the entire group, 3 large pizzas, and a 20 ounce drink for each child.  Plates, napkins, cutlery, an admission pass for each child (a suitable party favor), and the services of a host or hostess to help with set up and other party needs is included with most packages.

 Party Guidelines

• A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
• Final payment is due on day of party. The minimum charge is for the number of guests confirmed 72 hours prior to the party.
• The minimum party booking is 10 children. The maximum party booking varies by facilities.
• The pizza included in selected packages is divided by 2 slices per child. Additional pizza may be purchased independently by the customer.
• Recreation and Wellness does NOT provide birthday cake.
• The Recreation and Wellness staff provides setup, tear down, facility liaison services, and general assistance.
• No charge for parents, grandparents, etc. not participating in the activities.
• Recreation and Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
