Employment - Student Employment

The Department of Recreation and Wellness employs students to work at the Student Recreation Center (SRC), the Perry Field House (PFH), the BGSU Ice Arena (IA), and Forrest Creason Golf Course (GC).  Through our eight primary programming areas, students are offered beginning career development opportunities and practical leadership experiences. Department-wide jobs are classified in a consistent manner based on experience and certifications required to enter the position as well as the leadership, decision-making and supervisory functions necessary to perform the role.  Read about Recreation and Wellness student employment on the Wire.

In order to apply, submit resume with application based on desired location of employment. Applications are welcome to be submitted any time throughout the year and are reviewed as positions become available. Golf Course applications are not be reviewed November 1 - March 1 but may be submitted.
