Employment Opportunities The Department of Recreation and Wellness employs approximately 30 full-time staff members, 10 graduate assistants and between 200 and 300 BGSU students in attendant, associate, manager and supervisor positions.  We invite you to peruse the various job descriptions to learn about employment opportunities throughout our programming and service areas.

We are very proud of the work of all of our staff and invite you to apply to join our crew!  When full-time positions are open, hiring is conducted through BGSU Human Resources.  The various functional areas conduct student hiring at different times and the bulk of the hiring for positions within the Student Recreation Center and Perry Field House takes place in the Spring.
