Outdoor Program - Staff

We are actively seeking team players who are responsible, demonstrate good judgment, like working with diverse people and are willing to develop outdoor leadership skills and/or rock climbing skills and instruction.

Beyond simply holding a job, the Outdoor Program seeks to develop staff personally as well as professionally. Open communication between staff and supervisors, staff gatherings, and a fun office environment are all part of the relationship we have with our student staff members.
