Public Skating
When planning a Public Skating outing, plan to arrive a few minutes early to avoid a possible wait in line. Rental skates
are available in all sizes by exchanging shoes. Toddlers need to go up one size, children's skates generally run true to size
while adults should request skates one size smaller than street shoes.Access to the building is limited to matted or carpeted areas while wearing skates.The Ice Arena offers aids (walkers) for beginning level skaters at no cost. Exclusive use is not guaranteed.Participants are expected to obey posted rules and skate guards at all times and should always be ready to do the "Hokey Pokey"
or the "Chicken Dance"!Check the
Main Ice Schedule for available Public Skating or Cheap Skate times during the upcoming weeks.
