Nickie Major: Exercise Science Certifications: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/First Aid Training Philosophy: Work hard and never give up. The word "can't" isn't in my dictionary, so please don't say it! Personal Interests: I live out in the country and I love to farm. My family raises beef cattle and we have a goat named Mamma Tilly! My favorite season is the fall because it's harvest time and I also love when the leaves change color.
Sam Major: Exercise Science Certifications: AFAA certified Personal Fitness Trainer, CPR/First Aid Training Philosophy: I want my workouts to be fun and inspiring for my clients, not something they should dread. I believe there is no "one size fits all" for exercise and each person needs a routine that is tailored to his or her goals. If you dedicate yourself and stay positive, a healthy lifestyle follows. Personal Interests: I spend leisure time watching or playing sports. I follow the Kentucky Wildcats and Detroit Red Wings and golf and play pick-up basketball. I have a strong interest in Olympic style weightlifting.
Chris Major: Exercise Science Certifications: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, American Red Cross CPR/First Aid certified Training Philosophy: Achieving your goals is all about motivation and determination. It starts with the right mindset, then with proper training and diet, anyone can successfully achieve their goals. "Exercise is king, nutrition is the queen. Put them together and you have a kingdom." - Jack LaLanne Personal Interests: If I am not training someone, then I'm usually training myself, cooking/eating a meal or just hanging out with my family and my dog.
Anne Major: Dietetics Certifications: AFAA Personal Training, AFAA Group Exercise, Red Cross First Aid, AED, CPR Training Training Philosophy: Exercise is the best medicine. Personal Interests: In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and being outside. A few of my favorites include hiking, rollerblading, and being by the pool.
Alex Certifications: NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/First Aid Training Philosophy: Leave your excuses at the door. The goals you set become virtually impossible when you go into training with excuses on why you can't fulfill them. Personal Interests: I enjoy working out and spending time with my friends and family. I try to find different workouts all the time so that I can broaden my experiences and help many different types of clients.
