Falcon Fitness - BODYPUMP™ Workshops
Transform your body! BODYPUMP™, a breakthrough in resistance workout training, focuses on low weight loads and high repetition movements to challenge all major muscle groups. Burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning during squats, presses, lifts and curls. With great music, a choice of weight and highly-trained instructors, you can get the results you’ve been looking for! It is not required to have a Student Recreation Center membership or a Group X pass to participate in the BODYPUMP™ classes but additional fees do apply. Reserve your space by registering for a full workshop or wait and pay per class. Pre-registration at the SRC Front Desk is required and all classes are limited to 18 participants.
