Falcon Fitness - TRX® Workshops

An innovative exercise tool that helps build lean muscle, boost metabolism, tighten the core and increase endurance. This is a body weight workout that encourages "All Core All the Time!" Classes and demonstrations are held in the SRC Dance Room.
