The BGSU Fitness program offers a variety of services to guide participants into a healthy lifestyle by providing fitness testing, fitness programming, and certified personal training.

Group X
Relieve mid-semester stress with a Group Exercise class! Memberships are now being prorated for the remainder of Fall. There are a variety of classes that include Zumba, Yoga, Spinning, Sculpting, Kickboxing, and plenty more.

Free Body Fat Testing
Free body fat testing will be offered at the Student Recreation Center on Wednesdays from 6:00pm - 9:00pm.

Free First Year Student Personal Training Session
First year freshman students are eligible for one free personal training session with a certified trainer in the Fall 2009 semester. Go to the Personal Training page for more information, including how to sign up.
