Merchandise

• All returns MUST be accompanied by an original receipt and in original packaging.
• If the customer does not have the receipt at the time of return, they are entitled to an exchange of the same value or a refund in the form of an in-store credit for the current price of the item,taking into consideration any sales/discounts at that time. Before an in-store credit can be given, the item must be identified as being from the BGSU Ice Arena Newlove Proshop (i.e. our price tag on it).
• Customers receive a refund in the same form in which they paid for the merchandise (i.e. cash (same day only): customers get cash back, credit card: customers receive a refund on their same credit card used during the original purchase, check: customers get a company check). Refund cannot be granted immediately if drawer is going to be short due to the refund.
• Credit card sales are refunded on the customer's credit card only. The same card the original purchase was made with must be used. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Programs

• $10.00 service charge on all refunds. Customer Refund Form to be completed and attached to the registration form.
• 100% refund will be given before the first day of the Class/League game should a withdraw be neccessary. 50% Refund will be given after the first Class/League game of each session.
• No Refund will be issued after the second week of Classes/League game.
• If injury occurs a refund will be issued for remaining classes/League game.

Public Skate and Drop in Sessions (Figure Skating, Shinny, Stick and Puck, Curling)

• No refund will be issued once participant has taken the ice.

Skate Sharpening

• No refund will be given.

Concessions

• No refund will be given, staff can substitute item for a different item if it is a food preparation issue.

Birthday and Lounge Rental

• $25.00 non-refundable deposit required at time of booking, which will go the total cost of the reservation upon final payment.
• If party/group is paid in full 100% refund will be given if canceled two weeks prior to the event minus the deposit.
• No refund will be given if canceled within the two weeks prior to the event.

Ice Rentals

• Contract will be assessed a 50% charge if cancelled WITHOUT FOUR WEEKS ADVANCED NOTICE

Inclement Weather

• The BGSU Ice Arena will close only when the Wood County Sheriff's Department declares a Level 3 Snow Emergency or Campus Closure. The BGSU Ice Arena staff will call user groups and post on the Ice Arena website when the arena is closed.
