Q: How many laps is a mile in the track?
A: 8

Q: How long is the Turf room?
A: 100 yards (80 yard field, two 10 yard end zones)

Q: When is the PFH open?
A: Monday-Thursday 7am-midnight, Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday noon-8pm, Sunday noon-10pm during the semester.

Q: Can I rent part of the facility?
A: For nonpaying reservations you can reserve half the turf room for an hour on Saturdays and Sunday between noon and 3pm.  For paying reservations, you need to contact Lona Leck (lona@bgsu.edu or 419.372.7235).

Q: What is included in the PFH?
A: The Perry Field House contains 4 basketball courts, a 200 meter track, a 100 yard turf football field, 4 batting cages, 2 different meeting rooms, Intramural and sport club offices, outdoor program offices, and Perry Field House offices.

 

Q: Can I use the Perry Field House if I am a member of the Student Recreation Center?
A: Yes, the Perry Field House is available to anyone with a Student Recreation Center membership.

Q: When and where can I turn in Intramural registrations?
A: The Intramural Office is located in room 130.  They are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Q: Where's the Meeting Room?
A: The Meeting Room is located in the track room.  If you enter the track room and turn left, it is the second door on your left.

Q: Where can I find additional parking?
A: There are 400 parking spaces at the Perry Field House so there are no additional parking areas.  During the weekend, it is permitted to park across the street at the Ice Arena.

Q: Where are the locker rooms?
A: The men’s locker room is located just before the turf room doors.  The women’s locker room is located across the hall from the vending machines.

Q: Can I eat or drink in certain parts of the Perry Field House?
A: Water is the only food or drink permitted in either room.  All eating and/or drinking must be done in the main lobby.

Q: Will the shuttle come to the Perry Field House?
A: The shuttle does stop at the Perry Field House.  We have a blinking light that can be utilized to make the bus drivers aware that somebody needs pick up from the PFH.
