PERRY FIELD HOUSE- FACILITY AREAS
There are many great facilities within the Perry Field House that are able to be rented along with equipment and staffing.
Area and Equipment Description and Rental Rates(Non BGSU Groups)
Track Room : Gymnasium with 4 basketball/volleyball courts (3 hardwood, 1 synthetic),surrounded by a 200 meter synthetic track. Includes
court-specific lighting and room divider / netting options. Courts can be reserved individually.
Turf Room : 100 yd long, 60 yd wide, synthetic turf playing surface with high ceilings that reasonably accommodate most outdoor activities.
Room divider curtain allows area to be separated into two equal halves. Four batting cages are located at one end.
Meeting Room : Located adjacent to the Track Room, this large area accommodates meetings,training sessions, and catered events. Seating
capacity for meetings is approximately 75 for classroom chairs in rows, and approximately 50 when using round or rectangular
tables. Seating capacity for catered meals is approximately 50.

Conference Room : Located within the facility’s administrative offices, this room houses a large conference table and comfortable chairs
that accommodate up to 12 people.
Foyer/Lobby : A large tile foyer greets users when they enter the building.
Sports Care Center : Three trainers tables (supplies not included) and an ice machine are available.
FACILITY EQUIPMENT Soccer Goals : 2 regulation, 6 smaller than regulation and ideal for half-field games.
Scoreboards : Large electronic scoreboards (mounted & portable) w/ programmable keypads
Batting Cages : Four cages (includes pitcher’s “L-screens”, but does not include pitching machines, bats, balls, or pitchers mounds)
Sport Balls and Specific Equipment : Generally, users provide their own
P.A./Sound System : Public Address microphone for Turf or Track Rooms

Employee costs (up to 2) are included in large room rental rates. Late-night, after-hours, requests will likely incur higher
facility rental and employee costs. Late-night "After-hours" requests will likely incur higher facility rental and employee
costs.
Overtime : When allowed, events running 30+ minutes past their contracted finish time may be charged up to double the standard rental
rates for facilities, equipment, and/or employees during overtime usage. Future reservation/rental privileges may also be
limited or lost.
