EMPLOYMENT - GRADUATE ASSISTANTSHIPS

Graduate assistantships are offered through the department of Recreational Sports with the mission to best serve the needs of our department, students, and clients while collectively providing GA's with opportunities including retreats, mentoring, professional development funding, and the ability to enhance interpersonal skills as well as gain practical management and leadership experiences.

Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in physical education, sport management, recreation, or a related field, have knowledge of basic recreational management skills and apply to the BGSU Graduate College.

Assignment is contingent upon admission to the BGSU Graduate College and eligibility for assistantship (3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale).  Two-year program stipend includes approximately $8404 for nine months with full in/out-of-state tuition waiver per academic year and general fee coverage.
