ADRENALINE YOUTH CLIMBING CLUB

A program designed for youth ages eight and up which encourages skill enhancement and refinement on many levels. During each practice, climbers participate in a wide variety of games and lessons designed to be fun, active, and educational.

Our trained coaches will work with your climber to develop strength and balance, learn proper lower and upper body climbing techniques, and create a friendly, fun social environment for everyone.

Physical Development: Climbers learn balance, foot and hand placement, and healthy strengthening.

Social Development: Climbers work together in a group supporting each other and recognizing each other's accomplishments.

Mental Development: Climbers learn how to overcome fears and gain self-confidence.

Session costs are just $75.00 and include two or more hours of instruction and climbing each week, supervised practice times, fun activities lead by BGSU certified coaches, use of equipment and the BGSU Climbing Wall, and an Adrenaline Club t-shirt.
