As of January 12, 2009 Off-Campus Student Services is no longer be hosting rental listings. Instead, the BG News will be receiving and posting paid submissions from property owners and others desiring to post rental opportunities. We apologize for any inconvenience or delay in this process, but we sincerely believe that the new listing service will provide greater functionality and attract an even more visitors searching for housing opportunities in the BG area.

To submit your listing, please visit: http://bgviewsevents.com/directory/content/view/13/38/ to log-in or to create a User account. For more information or answers to Frequently Asked Questions, please visit the Directory Help page. As a result of these changes, all visitors to the OCSS website will be directed to view vacancies on BGViews.com Housing Guide, easily accessed from the directory tab in the site navigation bar.

Off-Campus Students Services (OCSS) has recently entered into a new, collaborative relationship with a local web-based listing service that will not only improve our services to the BGSU community, but provide students and local property owners and managers with a powerful new means to reach and service the local student-based rental market.

While our office has hosted a clearinghouse of listing services over the years, it has largely left-out the major rental companies in the area. In response, we are partnering with BGViews.com, a new multi-media web site that will offer landlords and managers of all rental facilities to list their offerings through a comprehensive searchable database of local listings

This site will be user friendly for both students and property managers, and will offer many features to help market your properties. These features include:
- A fully searchable database
- Ability to upload both photographs and floor plans
- Instant mapping capabilities
- Ability to search by personalized criteria (eg: nine or 12 month leases, specific price range, apartment or house size, location, pool, pets, etc.)

This service will benefit your agency in the following ways:
         - Reach more than 15,000 prospective renters, including undergraduate, graduate and professional students, plus 3,000 faculty & staff, as well as other individuals and families moving to the Bowling Green area
         - Provide a powerful and affordable new marketing channel to reach the market
         - Reach individuals and families moving to Bowling Green through the internet
