The Business & Information Systems area contains the departments of Registration, Information Technology, Billing and Transcription

Marlene Reynolds
Assistant Director
Business and Information Systems
Ms. Reynolds came to the Student Health Service in 1998 as a supervisor of the front desk area and was promoted to an Assistant Director in 2007. She has over twenty years of experience in the medical office and enjoys playing an important role in helping college students receive the medical care they need in a friendly and caring atmosphere.

Sharon Fairchild
Clerical Specialist
Registration
Ms. Fairchild joined the Student Health Service in 2007.  She has  over 17 years of experience in the health field working for a local pediatrician and for the Wood County Hospital.

Tammy Ford
Clerical Specialist
Registration
Ms. Ford has over 20 years of experience in the Medical/Dental Administrative field.  She is an Air Force Veteran and has received much of her training while in the service.  Tammy joined the BGSU Student Health Service in November of 2005.

Roger Heminger
Clerical Supervisor
Registration
Mr. Heminger has 23 years of retail management experience and has been a member of the BGSU Student Health Service team since 2001.

Kim Hites
Billing
Ms. Hites joined the Student Health Service in 2006.  She has many years of experience in insurance billing, claims processing and coding, and enjoys educating students about health insurance.

Carol Killen
Medical Transcriptionist
Transcription
Ms. Killen has been a member of the Student Health Service since 2003 and provides an invaluable service to our health care providers.

Sheri Messaros
Clerical Specialist
Registration
Ms. Messaros graduated BGSU in 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology.  She has worked at the University since 1999 and joined the Student Health Service in 2006.

Jane Perez
Clerical Specialist
Registration
Ms. Perez is a lifetime resident of Wood County and has worked as a clerical specialist for the Student Health Service since 1989.

Marilyn Warner
Clerical Specialist
Registration
Ms. Warner first joined the BGSU Student Health Service from 1985 through 1990 and returned in 1997. She has training as a medical assistant.
