Pharmacy Readyfill Form

The Readyfill system can be used by anyone who has had a prescription filled at the BGSU Pharmacy and whose prescription label indicates one or more remaining refills. Have your prescription label handy, here is a sample:

If your prescription is not covered by insurance, indicate the number of refills desired:

The following options are available for faculty and staff only. Please note that faculty/staff must complete the Registration Form and read the Privacy Notice prior to your initial prescription fill at the BGSU Pharmacy.

Your prescription will be delivered the next business day. You are responsible for all charges incurred for your prescription(s) plus an additional $2 delivery fee.
