may purchase new or transferred prescriptions through our convenient on-campus pharmacy.

The On-line prescription refill system (Readyfill system) can be used by anyone who has had a prescription filled at the BGSU
Student Health Service Pharmacy, and whose prescription label indicates one or more remaining refills. Click on the On-line

- Call ahead for prescription refills or complete the Readyfill Form to save time.
- Contact your physician when no refills are available.

Prior to having your first prescription filled you need to Register for the opportunity and read the Privacy Policy . Mail or fax this information to the BGSU Pharmacy at 419-372-7999 or bring it with you to your first visit.
