H1N1 UPDATE:  
The BGSU Student Health Service has received a shipment of H1N1 vaccine which will be administered beginning Tuesday, November 17th.   We will send daily emails to update on the availability of the vaccine.  Continuation of clinics is subject to the availability of vaccine.
  • Tuesday Clinic 11/17:  8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday Clinic 11/18:  8:30am - 7:00pm
  • Thursday Clinic 11/19:  1:00pm - 6:00pm
  • Friday Clinic 11/20:  1:00pm - 5:00pm
  • Monday Clinic 11/23:  1:00pm - 8:00pm

The vaccine is intended for high-risk individuals including:

    health care workers and EMS workers who provide direct patient care

    pregnant women

    people who live with or care for children less than 6 months

    college students up  to 24 years  (no children of faculty, staff or students)

    people 25 to 64 years with chronic medical conditions

Students, faculty, and staff who fit this criteria can go online to  www.h1n1vaccine.odh.ohio.gov to pre-register. Please print your documentation from the pre-registration and bring it with you to room 170 of the Health Center Building on Tuesday, November 17th 8:30 – 5pm. Students who live on campus or in Bowling Green it is important that in your pre-registration to use your campus/school address and that you write that you reside in Wood County.


Due to the large demand, the BGSU Student Health Service currently has a shortage of the SEASONAL flu vaccine.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.  We will notify faculty, staff and students when we receive a new shipment.  In the meantime, you can contact local pharmacies for the seasonal flu vaccine.
