  • Supervises the Greek Affairs secretary, in conjunction with Carman.
  • Supervises the Greek Housing Operations.
  • Meets every two weeks with the Phi Kappa Tau House Directors.
  • Primary advisor for NPHC and direct supervisor of the NPHC/Housing graduate assistant & GHD.
  • Meets monthly with each chapter president of NPHC (7 chapter presidents).
  • Meets every two weeks with the House Directors for NPHC houses (2 Greek House Directors).
  • Primary advisor for GIB and direct supervisor of the GIB graduate assistant & GHD.
  • Meets monthly with each chapter president of GIB (7 chapter presidents).
  • Meets every two weeks with the House Directors for GIB houses (2 Greek House Directors).
  • Produces the Greek Report each semester.
  • Distributes the weekly e-mail to chapter presidents, advisors and headquarters.
  • Coordinates the weekly Greek Council President’s lunches/dinners.
  • Coordinates the monthly chapter president’s meetings with the council presidents.
  • Coordinates the Chapter/Grad Advisor program.
  • Coordinates the Greek Graduate National Advisory Committee.
  • Liaison with the following: Leadership Advisory Board, Alumni & Development, Homecoming, and Move-In committees.

  • Supervises the Recruitment/Retention/Public Relations graduate assistant & GHD.
  • Supervises the Leadership Development graduate assistant & GHD.
  •  Manages the President’s listproc and president’s contact sheet.
  •  Manages the Advisor listproc.
  •  Liaisons with the following: Family Weekend, Welcome Week, and First-Year Success Series committees.

  • Supervises the Scholarship/Communications graduate assistant & GHD.
  • Supervises the Staff Recruitment/Staff Development/Wellness graduate assistant & GHD.
  • Serves as the Greek Affairs Judicial Officer.
  • Coordinates the Greek Calendar
  • Responsible for the Greek BGSU web site.
  • Liaisons with the following: Staff Development, Big Choices, and Web Development committees.

  • Front-line staff member to greet and help all student/staff/advisors to Greek Affairs and Residence Life overflow.
  • Checks and responds to e-mails on GreekBGSU.
  • Answers the phone and responds to all calls the same business day when applicable.
  • Works with Greek Affairs graduate student in charge of disciplinary matters to secure information as necessary in progression of the student discipline process.
  • Tracks all individual and chapter billing.
  • Makes chapter roster changes in the SIS system.
  • Administers the Greek programming budget including providing monthly budget summaries to Greek team and keeping track of all RP’s.
  • Processes FMS payments, tracking and RP closure.
  • Assists councils in the proper processing of deposits as outlined in the BGSU cash handling procedures.
  • Orders office supplies.
  • Handles staff meal disbursement checks (beginning of Fall semester and handed out at President’s retreat in August) as well as handling chapter meal adjustment forms at the beginning of each semester with the assistance of Dining Services.
  • Preparation for new and returning staff that includes but is not limited to: meeting maker accounts, calling cards, meal money loaded and conference meal cards ordered for when system is down, subscribed to all listprocs, nametags ordered, contact list prepared, doors signs ordered, mailboxes prepared, coordination of Audix services, Parking pass distribution, etc the majority of which can happen at least two weeks prior to the start of training.
  • Plans the BGSU reception at the AFA Annual Meeting.
