Mission: The Toledo Blind Outreach Center is a ministry of Saint Philip Lutheran Church. The mission of the Toledo Blind Outreach
Center is to tell the good news that Jesus Christ died, was buried, rose again for our salvation; to teach the message of
God’s love and forgiveness as revealed through Holy Scripture; and to touch each life by lending a hand when needed. Services
include a monthly dinner meeting, a bi-weekly Bible study, computer classes, a social service program, and a beginners’ Braille
class.
