Homecoming Court Nomination Form
 

Thank you for taking the time to submit a 2009 Homecoming Court nomination.  Please fill out the following information as accurately and as descriptively as possible.  Make sure the name and the e-mail are spelled correctly in order to eliminate any complications, and double check that your nominee(s) will be graduating in May, August or December of 2010.  Nominees must have a 2.5 or above GPA.  You can nominate up to two men and two women.  If you don't know the e-mail address of your nominee(s), search for it using the University Web Directory.  If you have any questions, you may direct them to the Homecoming Royalty Committee at royalty@bgsu.edu 

Nominations are due by Friday, August 28 at 5 p.m.
