Employers are looking today for individuals with a demonstrated ability to lead. Leadership Development Programs provide BGSU
students with opportunities to build those skills. Weekly workshop series, overnight retreats, day long summits and semester-long
institutes are program components. The activities offered vary in length and intensity to provide skill development opportunities
for the new student leaders, veteran student leader or the student not yet involved in a student organization. Following is
a list of the leadership programs offered by the Office of Campus Activities:

Consultants are trained and given the resources needed to conduct fun and educational programs that are customized to meet
the needs of student organizations at BGSU. Peer Leadership Consultants will assist members of student organizations in achieving
their goals and working toward a healthy, highly-engaged group dynamic. Learn more about PLC or click here to request a retreat.
