If your student is contemplating whether or not to return next semester we request your student to contact their academic advisor or their residence hall staff immediately. But if your student would rather speak to another staff member, they can contact the Office of Student Academic Achievement. Mission Statement

The mission of the Office of Student Academic Achievement is to design, implement, coordinate and monitor key programs and services that contribute to the educational success of Bowling Green State University students. Through ongoing collaboration with and cooperation among all academic and administrative units, these programs and services will improve the quality of the student educational experience, make the transition to a university learning environment more meaningful, and increase the number of students who persist and graduate from the institution.

Role and purpose

Retention is the result of improved programs and services campus wide that contribute to student success. For this reason, the Office of Student Academic Achievement hopes to lead BGSU in providing programs and services that result in increased levels of student success.
