Helpful Links to Resources

Listed below are a few of the hundreds of online Web Accessibility Resources.  If you would like to add to the list, please send Peggy Dennis an email explaining the great resource you use.

  • WebAim: Web Accessibility in Mind http:www.webaim.org/
    • Web accessibility training, checklists and a great automated accessibility checker at http://www.wave.webaim.org that shows the errors directly on the page instead of on a separate report.
  • The Ohio State University: Web Accessibility Center http://www.wac.ohio-state.edu/
    •  Accessible/inaccessible website demonstrations, tools, tutorials, workshops.  Great information.
  • Adobe Products have many accessibility features.  The Adobe website contains a wealth of information on using all of their products with accessibility in mind.  For example, creating accessible forms in the design stage can increase usability and eliminate the need to redo the form later.             http://www.adobe.com/accessibility
