National Test Center
The College Level Examination Program (CLEP) is a computer based program offered through the College Board where well prepared students may take the tests to obtain college credit. It is designed to assist students in reaching their academic goals by gaining college credit for knowledge acquired in previous non-credit studies or outside a traditional classroom setting. Along with many other universities, BGSU grants credit for acceptable scores in one or more subject areas. Policies on the granting of CLEP credit are set by the individual universities and vary widely from one institution to another.
CLEP exams can be scheduled between 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Please contact the National Test Center at 419-372-7533 to schedule an appointment.
The CLEP is held in the Test Center 413 South Hall.
