To schedule and plan an event within a residence hall or other campus facility call the Catering Arrangements Office at 372-6951.
Our catering arrangements staff will be happy to assist you in planning luncheons, dinners, banquets, receptions and other
special events.
To schedule a room or schedule an event in a non-residence hall facility you must call Event Planning and Reservations at
372-9000 to reserve the room. After reserving the room, call and make your catering arrangements. Reservations should be made
at least three weeks prior to your event. When booking your event you will need to estimate the number of guests attending.
Your final guest count must be confirmed by noon, three regular working days (Monday-Friday) prior to the event. The number
will be considered your minimum guarantee for billing purposes.
The sponsoring individual or group will be held financially responsible for the total guarantee, so plan carefully to avoid
unnecessary charges.
When space allows, we will be prepared to serve 5% over your guarantee. You will be charged for the guarantee or actual number,
whichever is higher. Should the final guarantee drop below 75% of the estimated count, there will be an additional charge
for services rendered.
Cancellations made up to five regular working days prior to the event will not be charged. Groups canceling less than 5 days
before an event may be assessed a cancellation fee up to 25% of the guaranteed or estimated count.
