Washington Center Internship
A professional internship opportunity for credit, arranged by the Washington Center in Washington, D.C., for students of many majors to work in public or private sectors. The program includes: internship search
assistance, apartment style housing; professional and social networking; a class in your field; dialogue with national leaders
in through the Presidential Lecture and Congressional Breakfast series; a community service project; and the completion of
a portfolio.

Who is eligible for a Washington Center Internship?
- Full-time Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors
- Students in majors which offer academic credit for internships
- Students with a minimum 2.75 accumulative GPA (Please note: Many federal internship sites require 3.0 and above)
- Students who are in good standing with the University
- Graduates can participate in a Post-Graduate internship Program within 18 months after graduation
