Information for Transfer Students Who Have Received Benefits under CH 30, 32, 34, or 1606
If you are tranferring to BGSU and have previously received GI Bill benefits under Chapter 30, 32, 34, or 1606, you will need
to fill out the following forms:
Please note: we will also need a copy of your DD-214 or a copy of a
certificate of completion of basic training within the first 2 semesters that you receive the GI Bill while attending BGSU. This is to comply with VA regulations (you
will be awarded 4 credit hours for basic training).
