Please note: If you have officially changed your major since you were last certified to receive GI Bill payments, you will also need to fill out one of the following forms:

• If receiving under Chapter 30, 32, 34 or 1606, fill out  VA Form 22-1995
• If receiving under Chapter 35, fill out  VA Form 22-5495
